What is MindFit Online?
MindFit Online is a calm, supportive online space where you’ll receive clear weekly guidance so you always know what to do, without having to plan, scroll or guess. Instead of fixed class times or trying to “keep up”, you’ll be guided through your practice in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and genuinely supportive.
This is movement that meets you where you are.

One new guided
class each week
Each week you’ll receive a new pre-recorded class (around 30–40 minutes), thoughtfully planned and taught with clear cueing, options, and explanation.
Classes focus on Pilates, mobility and mindful flow, with themes such as:
• Strength & stability
• Mobility & flexibility
• Posture & alignment
• Nervous system support
• Common problem areas like hips, backs and shoulders
This is where Abbie’s wider training and experience really comes through, helping you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing.

Two recommended classes from the on-demand library
Alongside the new weekly class, you’ll also receive two hand-picked sessions from the existing class library that complement the theme of the week.
No scrolling.
No decision fatigue.
Just press play.
You’ll also have unlimited access to the full library, so you can revisit your favourites anytime.

Simple weekly
practice tracker
Consistency doesn’t come from doing more, it comes from doing what’s manageable.
Each week you’ll receive a gentle practice tracker to help you stay on track without pressure. Whether you manage one session or three, it all counts.
There’s no “falling behind” here.

Monthly Question
Time with Abbie
Each month you’ll have access to Question Time, where you can ask about:
• Specific exercises or poses
• Aches, pains or injuries
• Movement confidence
• Common issues like frozen shoulder, sore backs or tight hips
This allows you to benefit from Abbie’s additional training and experience in a supportive, accessible way, without needing to book a 1:1.

Members-only
WhatsApp support
MindFit Online includes access to a calm, members-only WhatsApp group.
This is used for:
• Weekly check-ins
• Practice reminders
• Q&A support
• Gentle accountability
There’s no pressure to chat or reply, it’s simply there to help you feel supported and connected.

A note from Abbie
I’ve done additional training since creating MindFit Online and this format allows me to share that knowledge properly without you feeling pressure to keep up or attend so many sessions.
My aim is to help you feel stronger, more confident in your movement and supported in a way that actually fits real life.
You don’t need to do more.
You just need the right guidance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need experience to join?
No. MindFit Online is suitable for all levels. Each class includes clear guidance and options so you can move at your own pace, whether you’re newer to movement or more experienced.
How often should I practice?
Most members aim for 1–3 sessions per week. Some weeks you’ll do more, some weeks less, both are absolutely fine. This is about consistency over time, not perfection.
Are there live classes?
No live weekly classes. Instead, you’ll receive one new guided pre-recorded class each week, plus two recommended sessions from the library so you always know what to do, without needing to attend at set times.
How long are the classes?
The new weekly classes are usually 30–40 minutes. The on-demand library includes a range of shorter and longer sessions so you can choose what suits your energy and schedule.
What styles of movement are included?
You’ll find a blend of Pilates, mobility, and mindful flow, with a focus on strength, stability, flexibility, posture and nervous system support.
Can I access the classes anytime?
Yes. You can practice anytime, anywhere, and revisit classes as often as you like. Nothing expires.
What is Question Time?
Each month you’ll have the chance to ask Abbie questions about exercises, poses, aches, injuries, or common movement concerns such as tight hips, sore backs or frozen shoulder.
This is guidance and education, not medical diagnosis.
Is there any accountability or support?
Yes. You’ll have access to a members-only WhatsApp group for weekly check-ins, gentle accountability, reminders, and Q&A support. There’s no pressure to post or reply.
What equipment do I need?
Just a mat and a bit of space. Occasionally cushions, blocks or a belt are useful, but everything is optional and household alternatives are always suggested.
