  • Monday: Reformer Pilates: 5pm | 6.15pm | 7.30pm

  • Tuesday: Reformer Pilates: 7.15pm

  • Wednesday: Mobility & Flexibility 6pm & Heated Vinyasa Flow 7.30pm

  • Thursday: Reformer Pilates: 12pm | 1.15pm

  • Saturday (bi-weekly): Vinyasa Flow: 9.30am
