Hi, I’m Abbie
Here you’ll find contemporary Yoga and Pilates classes designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and move with confidence.
My sessions combine intelligent programming with supportive coaching, helping you strengthen, lengthen and create more space and freedom within your body. Whether you’re flowing on the mat or working through precise Pilates movements, everything is designed to support how you move in everyday life.
